High Speed Halo will do you one better than a LASO video: we'll do it without deaths, with blind, on Solo and we'll do it in under half an hour. In fact this particular run from Dark Devastation is just 25 minutes and 7 seconds.

In Dark's own words:

From the start of the run, I hijack the Ghost and go straight to the tank, a tactic I first saw Nak3d Eli use, so credit goes to him for this method.

Then it's just straight through with the Tank to the ONI courtyard. Note jumping out the Tank for a Plasma Pistol at the two AA guns, I use this to hijack the Revenant later on.

At the Shade Turret area just outside the ONI Courtyard, the only necessary turrets you have to blow up, are the Fuel Rod ones. Then it's out of the Tank and into a Revenant. I use the Revenant to boost through the courtyard into the ONI building.

Once in the Jackal room, I simply clear it as fast as I can and use the middle platform to avoid running around the top level catwalks.

Kill the Camo Elites as fast as I can, and use the middle structure (eventually) to avoid killing and skip the General.

Down to the final fight, I use the Banshee untill the Wraith comes along. Take the Wraith and with the aid of turrets, the aim is to simply kill everyone as fast as you can.

It can be improved, the final fight can be faster, and you can be a little more aggressive on the Tank run.

Final time comes in at just over 25 minutes. I see this run going to a low 23 in the future. Possibly even faster.
