I have a 10:29 Normal run with a few differences. I use the Ghost for the entire first part, but then screw up the jump from the sculpture, so I get to Halsey's lab at like 10 seconds slower. Your Revenant method looks like it would work more consistently than Ghost only. I approach Halsey's lab in a similar fashion, using the Banshee as a battering ram, but I was surprised to see you didn't use the regular bolts more until the second wave. I was also surprised you picked up the Rocket Launcher but didn't use it on the last wave. I think there's a lot more room for improvement on this level, a perfect run could probably get pretty close to 10.
I tried the jump from the sculpture, but it's quite inconsistant. So I went with a FRG assisted jump, I even messed that up the first time.
I use the Revenant because I figure it can take out the Tyrant guns a little faster, I've never really considered taking the Ghost the whole way. I figure it'd be around the same time anyway.
I use the Banshee's fuel rod majority of the time because it has a splash damage effect, it's best used in groups. The Plasma Bolts are good for individual targets, so it'd likely work the best for the Elite wave. Using the Banshee as a battering ram is probably the easiest and quickest way to kill them, but I'm annoyed at how often enemies escape completely undamaged. I still haven't came up with a solid method for how to take out the enemies for each wave. I'd love if it the Wraith could move faster.
I don't see the point in using the Rocket Launcher, at all. The Banshee's fuel rod is equally as powerful, and has infinite ammo.
I don't even own Reach anymore, so go ahead and improve my run. I know it can go faster. I don't like the final fight.
