Your other stuff looks good. What happened? It looks heavily compressed.
Did you cap with the same settings as streaming (streaming compresses quite heavily)? Were you live streaming while you captured this?

I tried live streaming it at first, but VDub refused to capture when I did. I thought about Local Recording on XSplit, but the quality was really poor. What happened is, I had VDub set to "Preview Audio" so I could play with headphones on. As soon as I turned that off, the video was fine. Sucks that I had to redo the run, but my new run is better, so I can't complain =)

You mean the 7.7 Million point run I did? We never posted it AFAIK. It's not technically the world record any more, but do believe it was the first serious score attempt on that level.
BTW, I did a Legendary + 11 skulls single segment speed run of Halo: Reach in honour of Bungie day. Rendering (with a PiP view of me doing it) is gonna take all night. Hopefully I can upload it tomorrow significantly faster than the rendering is taking…

I am trying to get Elgato to replace my faulty EyeTV HD and i am awaiting a response from their techs. If they refuse to resolve the issue i will have to continue recording runs in the usual blurryghostovision.

Good news everybody!
Elgato has been wonderful in their response to my issue. They have agreed to replace my EyeTV HD with an Elgato Game Capture HD.

Apparently, people are reporting it surpasses the Hauppauge HD PVR in clarity, colour, and ease of use. The software has a rewind feature so you can go back and grab clips you may have missed, rather than having to rewind the film and re-capture the footage. it is a HDMI bypass workflow but has a break-out cable for a-hole component capture.
Packaging and shipping the old unit today.
On another topic. I have an Xbox Elite with a broken Hitachi GDR 3120L DVD drive, and an (non HDMI) Xbox with a working BENQ VAD6038 DVD. a Does anyone know of a safe way to swap hard drives without triggering a 'modded xbox' lockout?

The motor/spindle is seized. I lubed it and it spins when i turn it by hand but it will not spin the disc.
